I did not wear the best shorts for this OH WELL BUM FLASH

These are the things I ALWAYS do (forgot to do push-ups though OOPS).  I do some other things too, like sit-ups and jumping jacks and mountain climbers and burpees but I don’t always include them. I may start including burpees more, however, to kick my butt even harder.  

I usually repeat each different exercise I do a few times, enough to reach at least 20 minutes.  Sometimes I do these really quickly, other times I go SUPER slow and hold each crunch and whatnot for 5 seconds.  Depends on how I’m feeling, but I feel the burn!  Also, I usually do the Russian Twists with something heavy but I was too lazy to go get something lolz
